Introduction Wyoming is 50th among the 50 states of U.S. Wyoming is located in the Mountain region of Western United States and was admitted to the Union of United States in 1890 as the 44th state. The constitution of Wyoming gives three branches of government: executive, legislative and judicial. The executive council consists of governor of the state five officially; secretary of state, treasurer, attorney general, auditor and superintendent of state. The legislative branch consists of 60-members of House of Representatives and 30 senators. The third branch is the judicial authority which includes Wyoming Supreme Court which is the highest court in the state with five-justices presiding over appeals from other lower courts. Besides the Supreme Court other courts like circuit courts of general jurisdiction also exists.
